What should I wear for my treatment?

Athletic attire you are comfortable moving in, this style of treatment uses minimal or no oils or lotions. Shorts and a tank top/sports bra is ideal for this style of treatment. Come prepared to move and be involved in your treatment.

Direct Billing Info

How do you take payment?

Cash or e-transfer are the preferred methods of payment.

Debit and cheques  are accepted.

Where do I park and how do I get to the clinic?

Rec Fitness parking is available behind the building in the reserved spots with Rec Fitness signage. There are visitor spots available in the same parking lot as well as street parking if required.

Once parked make your way to the rear entrance, remove your shoes and proceed upstairs where you will find a bench to wait on until your appointment.

What length of appointment should I book?

This is going to vary on your individual case and what your goals are. Multiple factors can play into this, speak with your therapist to get their opinion on what they think would be best suited for you.

Where do I park and how do I get to the clinic?

Do you work with ICBC or WCB claims?

At this time I currently do not. You may be able to find an RMT that fits your specific needs through RMTBC. 

Okanagan Integral Health is located on the 3rd floor in unit 303 of the Orchard Plaza Professional Building. Free parking is available in the Orchard Plaza parking lot around the building.

 

Once parked, make your way into the lobby on the main floor where you can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor. Turn left if exiting the elevator or continue strait if exiting the stairwell, you will reach a T in the hallway, turn right and the clinic will be the first door on your left. Enter quietly, remove your shoes and please take a seat until your RMT comes to get you for your appointment.
